I have been a Chef for over 15 years. My achievements include owning a popular food cart that then became a restaurant and also being featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. My focus is Middle eastern cuisine and special dietary requirements. I have for many years cooked vegan cuisine but have broadened my horizons. the joy for me is working with fresh ingredients and getting to know the farmers that work so hard to bring us nourishment. When in the kitchen I connect with my ancestors who came from Ukraine, Argentina And Israel and represent them in my dishes.
