Hi, my name is Taka also known as Chef Maezaki. I have been working for restaurants more than 2 decades and started own personal / catering company in 2019. I offer the fine dining experience and cooking class at client’s venue ( home, event space, office etc,).
My specialty is Japanese California fusion and Authentic Sushi though, my food selections are Italian, French, Chinese dishes etc, unlimited. My typical prefixed course for Japanese fusion cuisine usually includes Variety of appetizers, Wagyu Beef, Sushi, Ramen and small dessert. Also, I will accept any menu request to customize course menus to fit for all demanding. You can even request full French course etc, non Japanese related course menus as well.
In addition, my ingredients are not ordinal, but also most fishes are from straight Toyosu Fish Market which is the biggest fish market in Tokyo. I cook all my menus with The freshest ingredients at client’s home!
