I am a Professional Chef with 10 years of experience. I grew up in a small town North of Fort Worth, Texas called Saginaw with 2 Older Sisters plus Mom & Dad as a 1st Generation American. Originally, I aspired to be an Orthodontist until to the Gastronomical World caught me by surprise. I was bought in and 100% invested myself into cooking, so I decided to enroll in culinary school to prove my commitments. Being young and ambitious, I've been blessed to learn from some of the Best Chef's of Texas as well as opening up fine dining and chain restaurants, country clubs and hotels. Utilizing my experience, skills and personable traits, I want to use my expertise and share it with friends, family and the community.
