I am a professional chef with 35 years of experience, a Johnson & Wales -trained culinary professional and founder of Southern Hospitlity Chefs.
I sharpened my knives while working under the legendary Wolfgang Puck in Orlando, Florida and was blessed to spend two tranformative years in the kitchen at the famous Biltmore Estates in Ashville , NC.
From my wonderful southern mom, I learned how important it is to create a warm, welcoming space when entertaining.
At Southern Hospitality Chefs , my team of talented private chefs and I value collaborating with our clients to curate delicious dinner parties and events that your guests will never forget.
Combining American Regional Cuisine with a genuine southern hospitality truly sets us apart. Our American regional menus are a celebration of diversity, just like our clients.
