I am a newly graduated chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Texas campus, with a drive for elevating the game in the kitchen with the ability to be open minded and humble. I have spent 5 years in the U.S. Navy as a Culinary Specialist where I was able to explore the cuisines of many other countries. This led me back to the states to enroll into culinary school for a greater understanding of the craft. Now I am here with worldly and culinary experience that I would like to share with many others.
