Private Chef In EugeneHi, my name is Susana, I have a Masters in Contemporary Fine Dining and I have managed different luxury and modernist restaurants around the world. I speak Spanish, English and French.
I offer a diverse menu for culinary enthusiasts who want authentic flavors or want to experience modernist techniques in the area. I specialize in global cuisines, but I also have a french cuisine background, having worked in Michelin Star restaurants in France. I have a Dominican origin, which you can see in some of my fusion dishes, but I have also adapted some southern flavors into my cooking as well.
