Cooking is my passion. I find great joy in cooking for others.

I am a professional chef with 24 years experience. I have worked in large resorts and owned one of the first farm to table restaurants in West Virginia. I focus on local ingredients, southern cooking, and spent 10 years cooking Cajun and creole. My food is an extension of who I am and the life journey that I’ve taken.It is impossible to me to be responsible to my guests, to our farmers and fishermen, to our economy, to our region and the cultures I represent in my food.
