I am a Professional College Educated Chef (Johnson & Wales University) who has a vast array of Experience in many segments of the Foodservice Field. I am Concentrating on Private Chef Services at this time but am open to explore any challenges presented. I have a love for All Food but like to use Farm to Table, Organics, Non-GMO and Sustainable Food Sources. I like to keep for light and healthy but have a Love for the Classics and Comfort Food which I try to modify to make healthier while maintaining it True Character.
