I am a executive chef with over 30 years experience. I have worked with world class chefs such as Michelin star chef Terrence Brennan and featured with Gordon Ramsay on hotel Hell. I have cooked in both the Atlanta and London Olympics as well as been executive chef for many of our premier ski mountains here in the Vermont area for the last 12 years. Before arriving in Vermont I was the executive chef at the CNN center in Atlanta as well as executive chef in some of Newport Rhode islands premier spots.
