Chef Steve Mcdougal

Experienced chef of 35 years, having learned under the direction of international chefs, Italian grandmothers, German families and American households. My specialty is Italian, with a specific knowledge and creativity for simple, northern Italian fare. I cook only from scratch which helps me pick some of the best ingredients which are locally grown, but can be imported from anywhere in the US and from Europe. Yes, I may be tooting my own horn but I can also back it up.

Availability is limited, so I would need at least 3 weeks notice prior to event. Plates meals for only up to 10 people please, anything between 12-30 will be done family style/buffet style. Available to do up to 6 course meals, traditional Italian style or the basic 2-3 course.

I am also available for weekly meal prep services (3,6,9 and 12 month contracts). Pricing is subject to type of meals, special dietary requests (inquire about those if need be) and ingredients used.
