Chef Stephen Matthews

I have 35 years of experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry, I am an Award-Winning Chef, presently working with Personal Chef Dining in Tucson, AZ. I have worked and traveled the world, 60 countries, in hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships. I have managed small, medium, and large-volume hospitality businesses creating recipes and award-winning menus, also managing kitchen brigades of 10-120 chefs. Teaching, educating, and mentoring chefs, has been a huge focus for me which goes hand in hand with my passion for cooking. The highlight of my career was being inducted into the top 150 Chefs with the Epicurean World Master Chefs Society.
