I am a tidy and passionate chef obsessed with blending Loire Valley & California cuisine.

I am a Professional Chef with 25 years of experience. My passion for food, training, and career as a chef started in France. I have worked throughout France and California as a private chef, head chef, pop up chef, and catering chef. I have a background in butchery and charcuterie, as well as baking.

I learned to cook at Ceproc, a cooking school in Paris with a focus on charcuterie, and multiple stages in bakeries in the Loire Valley.

My secret in the kitchen is knowing my farmers and how to make the perfect vinaigrette.
