I am passionate about utilizing seasonal, local ingredients and exploring different cuisines.
I graduated from the International Culinary Center in 2012 and have worked in top NYC restaurants including The Mark by Jean Georges at the Mark Hotel, Reynards at the Wythe Hotel, Park Avenue Seasons, and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio’s Craft. I currently work as a Private Chef cooking family dinners, catering events, and teaching cooking lessons for private clients.
I am based in New York City, and I also spend time in Nantucket during the summer season.
