I started my culinary journey catering for family and friends, which eventually ignited my passion for cooking and pushed me to pursue it professionally. In 2019, I enrolled in culinary school, graduating in 2022 with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts. Over the past seven years, I've honed my skills catering events and serving as a personal chef for three years, creating customized menus that suit my clients' diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
One highlight has been curating vegan dishes, even though I’m not vegan myself. I find it rewarding to tackle the challenge of making plant-based meals that are just as flavorful and satisfying as traditional options, and I’ve seen firsthand how much clients appreciate that attention to detail.
