I am a professional Chef with 10 years experience in all types of menus, culinary methods and cultural styles. I was in Finance for 25 years, took the layoff package, went to Johnson & Wales University for Culinary, then off to Europe for a year and returned to the United States to open my own Food Truck and Catering business. My catering and personal chef clientele have both grown exponentially due to the popularity of my food truck at breweries, events, weddings & anniversaries and corporate events. I am so passionate about what we do and I love the Personal Chef side...making Moms, Dads, Singles and Celebrities food live much easier and healthier. I do great comfort food menu as well.

I serve all Mountain Towns, Summit County, Vail Valley, Edwards, Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Crested Butte, Telluride & Steamboat Springs.

I was raised in the 70s so naturally I learned from my Mother. It wasn't until I attended JWU that I told my Mom she was French trained!
