Hi! I’m Sophie, a young chef who has founded my own catering business. I’m passionate about healthy, vibrant, great tasting food made from scratch.
I am a self trained chef, though I have restaurant and catering experience! I am very passionate about vegetarian food, and adding vegetables into dishes in creative ways. I have been cooking from a very young age and cultivated many skills like fresh pasta making and bread making. I as well worked at a bakery for several years in order to further my knowledge on pastry. I adore cooking, it is my creative expression as well as my passion. I hope to share it with you!
