I'm a classically trained professional chef with 10+ years of experience in food and pastry. I grew up in a multi-cultural kitchen learning how to cook dishes from Morocco, Tunisia, Argentina and Italy. I then graduated top of my class from the French Culinary Institute. My cooking is very much inspired by my Mediterranean-Latin background, using fresh and colorful ingredients, vibrant spices and French technique.
I offer professional chef services such as private dinners for any occasion, cooking lessons (groups & one-on-one), meal prep in the convenience of your own home, Airbnb or vacation rental. All services offered are completely customizable and tailored to each client.
