My name is Simona Fabiano, being from an Italian background, I love to cook and eat. I studied at Johnson and Whales University for culinary arts. I worked with George Perrier at Le Bic Fin in Philadelphia PA. I also worked at the Ritz Carlton Philadelphia. I am now a personal chef cooking for couples and families so they can enjoy spending more time together. I am also catering parties and teaching cooking classes.
