Being Cambodian and having a Puerto Rican fiancé , was raised in a family that loved cooking traditional and tasty food. I developed a passion for cooking by watching, helping, and learning alongside my mother. I attended Johnson and Wales studying hospitality management with a focus on the culinary arts. i’ve been in the restaurant industry since I was 15. I am continuously striving to build upon my vision of providing exemplary dishes and a comprehensive guest experience
