Chef Shyam Patel

I've been a professional chef for over 6 years now, graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. I started off my career in restaurants such as ABC Cocina and Masa, developing precise skills and learning about the world of fine dining. From there, I took my hand at corporate dining as a Chef at Google, where I got to develop new recipes for the Googlers. Following a stint of school-dining to familiarize myself cooking for large amounts of people with different dietary restrictions and allergies, I decided to start my own catering business for small and large scale productions. Throughout all this, I've learned that my real passion is to connect and cook for clients on a personal basis.
