Feeding people makes me happy

I started working as a cook 11 years ago, about 3 months after starting at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles. From there I went on to work for celebrity chefs, boutique catering companies, and restaurants all over Los Angeles. In 2017 I started my own catering company focusing on weekly meal prep and in home or on location specialty events and dinners. Due to the changes that affected the culinary field in 2020, I have recently relocated to the East Coast. Looking to cook us some authentic food with local and fresh ingredients found on this side of the country!
