I received my Associates in culinary arts from Robert Morris College in Chicago in 2006. I have been a private chef and event planner since. I am classically trained in French cusine but over the years have focused more on family friendly, budget friendly, comfort foods like your grandma used to make. I offer meal prep and menu planning for all palettes.
