Born in New Jersey, I’ve had the privilege of attending culinary schools on both coasts of the United States and have enriched my culinary skills by living and working in Mexico for seven months, including time spent in Tijuana. My career has been marked by two prestigious scholarships, which have significantly shaped my culinary journey.
