Chef Sheldon Maynard

My name is Sheldon Maynard but known by many as Chef Shellz. I'm a professional chef from Brooklyn, NY. I've been in the culinary industry for 9 years ; I have had the opportunity to work in very diverse and rewarding environments ranging from small family owned restaurants to large corporate run establishments. Some of which include: opening the Barclays Stadium in Brooklyn NY working in the Calvin Klein Suite where I prepared dishes for the stadiums VIP clients, the players family and the media staff, as well as some of today’s biggest musical acts. Milk River Caribbean Restaurant which brought a new Caribbean vibe to downtown Brooklyn. Sawasdee Thai Elevated Restaurant where I learned to master the wok. The well known Benoit Bistro which refined my French culinary skills and most recently the Facebook Corporate Offices in NYC where I learned to cater to large quantities of hungry patrons.
