I started cooking at a young age due to my father being a lover of the culinary arts. I have had the opportunity and honor of cooking under some fine chefs throughout San Antonio and Corpus Christi. I'm proficient in French cuisine, Creole, Asian, interior Mexican and Tex-Mex. I'm also very professional, and polite (a bit of a rarity in the service industry).
