Chef Shawn exceeded all of my expectations! Our dinner was a birthday surprise, so there was much riding on Shawn’s preparation and delivery. He was incredibly flexible and thoughtful with his menu, and every course was delicious. We had a few things that were new to us, that were just amazing. We typically always go out for a very nice dinner, especially for birthdays, however since we could not this year, Chef Shawn brought that dinner to us. We would certainly hire him again!

Chef Shawn was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. He was very attentive, timely, and kind. My wife loved every single course. We will definitely use him again!
