I discovered my love for the culinary arts at the age of 20. Though my initial studies were in Arts and Journalism, my true passion emerged when I enrolled in Sumito Esteve's Culinary School, where I honed my skills and expanded my culinary horizons.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working in various cities, including San Sebastian Donostia, Paris, Miami, New York, and now Dallas. Starting as a Chef de Partie, I steadily climbed the culinary ladder until I reached the position of Executive Chef multiple times. However, my passion for food and heritage led me on a new path—a path where I could share my culinary talents, wisdom, and warmth through unforgettable cooking classes, private dinners, and a handcrafted coffee bar inspired by my Latin American roots.
