I discovered my passion for the culinary arts at the age of 20. Although I originally studied Arts and Journalism, my true calling became clear when I enrolled at Sumito Estévez's Culinary School, where I refined my techniques and broadened my culinary perspective.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of cooking in some of the world’s most vibrant cities—San Sebastián, Paris, Miami, New York, and now Dallas. I began as a Chef de Partie and worked my way up to Executive Chef, leading kitchens with dedication and heart. But eventually, my love for food, culture, and storytelling drew me toward a more personal path—one where I could share my flavors and heritage through immersive cooking classes, intimate private dinners, and a handcrafted coffee bar inspired by my Latin American roots.
