Chef At Home In DallasI discovered my love for the culinary arts at the age of 20. Though my initial studies were in Arts and Journalism, my true passion emerged when I enrolled in Sumito Esteve's Culinary School, where I honed my skills and expanded my culinary horizons.
Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working in various cities, including San Sebastian Donostia, Paris, Miami, New York, and now Dallas. Starting as a Chef de Partie, I steadily climbed the culinary ladder until I reached the position of Executive Chef multiple times. However, my passion for food and heritage led me on a new path—a path where I could share my culinary talents, wisdom, and warmth through unforgettable cooking classes, private dinners, and a handcrafted coffee bar inspired by my Latin American roots.
