Shanelle was born and raised in Seattle. She loves creating healthy foods and works with specific dietary needs with a focus on weight management. Through her dedication to cooking and educating people about nutrition, she has gained a large clientele. She offers meal prep options and now a private chef experience and also healthy food options for those with dietary restrictions she specializes in gluten free (celiac) ,nut allergy, lactose free, soy free and plant based.

Shanelle has a unique love for dogs and currently works with the humane society in her spare time. She is also a licensed electrician by trade.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Dolce for a two-person dinner for Valentine’s Day, and I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. The chef was incredibly professional, courteous, and a joy to work with. From the moment the chef arrived, they were well-prepared and had all the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand. The quality of the food that was prepared was simply outstanding. Each dish was absolutely delicious. It was clear that the chef had put a great deal of time and effort into preparing each dish, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. They were so nice and friendly which helped to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend hiring a Chef Dolce for any special occasion.

Chef Dolce was great! She was punctual in replying to messages and kept me informed prior to our event. She showed up on time, was professional in her appearance and demeanor, and her food was quite good. She t actively sought notes on improvements to her menu, and even brought us an Anniversary card (18 years!). I highly recommend her nachos!
