I am a young culinary professional who is mainly interested in fine dining. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in upstate NY. I have a couple years of experience in professional kitchens which includes michelin experience. While I still am working as a cook full time, I’m looking to branch out and explore this option. Overall I want to provide guests with fun fine dining experiences in their homes.
