Hi I’m Chef Seth Wilson, I have 16 years of Culinary experience from top restaurants in NYC all the way to Maui, HI as well as a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University. I have worked for revered chefs such as Sean Brock, Tom Colicchio, David Burke, & Bev Gannon, obtaining so much experience & knowledge. I love many different cuisines and styles of cooking which helps keep things fun and exciting and your pallet never bored.
