My passion is cooking, I have been 17 years old seeing happy people.

My name is Sergio Tominaga, I am half Peruvian and half Japanese, I have 17 years of experience in different cuisines, but my specialties are Peruvian, Japanese, and Nikkei cuisine.

I studied at the Columbia School in Lima, Peru, and lived in Japan for 4 years. I have been in the United States for 5 years and I would like to spread my cuisine and make my clients happy with the explosion of flavors.

I worked for 7 years with chef Mitsuharu Tsumura in his restaurant "MAIDO" in Lima, Peru, which is the best restaurant in Latin America according to the San Pelegrino 50 best.
