My culinary knowledge spans nearly all cuisines and includes wine, liquor and beer pairing dinners, as well as large event catering of all types. I have extensive food and wine knowledge and also enjoy teaching classes for all ages and competency levels. I have also taught gardening and sustainability classes and keep my own garden every season.
