With a Lebanese background and a natural passion for hosting, Ive always cooked and enjoyed gathering around special meals and celebrating occasions. I’ve traveled the world and discovered the diversity of ingredients, techniques and flavors that each culture has to offer. I studied hospitality, as well obtained a nutrition and gastronomy certification and worked in Zuma. I am passionate about paring mediterranean and asian flavors while always prioritizing a wholesome, aesthetic, fresh and nutritious meal that caters to everyones taste.
