Hello! My name is Sean and I am a seasoned epicure, enthusiastically curious, and driven to always be better than I was yesterday.
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, where I met my wife, (she was enrolled in the Baking and Pastry program) after college I worked in some excellent food cities like New York and Memphis, but truly my culinary pedigree is a result of my time spent in New Orleans.
There, I made my way up to Sous chef at the renowned Restaurant August and just for fun got my level one certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
