Highly passionate chef that loves using the most local, fresh ingredients always, to help sustain our amazing communities.

I’ve been cooking professionally for nearly 20 years. I have cooked in the highest level restaurants in Colorado. And traveled to and cooked in many others around the U.S. and the world. From Addendum in San Fransisco, to PRU in Phuket, Thailand. I’ve been lucky enough to learn some amazing cuisine. And the one thing I’ve learned that I love more than anything in cooking, is making people happy with food. Making someone’s day better with a meal. Hence why I love being a private chef so much! I truly get to connect with the people I am feeding.
