I am an Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. My passion is connecting with small groups while preparing a dinner that would introduce others to new ingredients or even old ingredients prepared in a new and delicious way. I especially love using ingredients that I choose from local farms and farmers markets as well as small batch artisans. I have held all positions in the restaurant and with that experience comes being able to prepare all different cuisines and dietary restrictions as well.
