Professional Chef with 17 years experience in the restaurant and private chef industry.
I'm a passionate chef with 17 years of experience cooking in restaurants and in people's homes. I've worked alongside some of the best chefs in Detroit, in some of the areas most respected kitchens. Some of my latest tenures include time cooking and running kitchens at, The Siren Hotel, Sylvan Table, Republic Tavern, Parks and Rec Diner, and Castle Hall. I'm in the midst of starting my newest venture focusing on old world preservation techniques, charcuterie, salumi and the are of fermentation. What I enjoy most about cooking in people's homes is the ability to engage the guest with the story behind the food, and see the excitement that follows. I'd love a chance to come and cook for you!
