Chef Scott Fitzgerald

Most recently I’ve been a backstage catering chef for large scale music festivals and sporting events. Feeding crews, artists and VIP. Events include Outsidelands, Austin City Limits, Kentucky Derby, Louder than Life and many many more. I’ve also spent several years touring with musicians as the backstage caterer, including Eric Church, Jeff Dunham, Sza, Def Leppard. I’m passionate and highly motivated in all my endeavors. I operate a small handcrafted chocolates business from home as well as often participate in pop ups or private dinners with fellows local chefs. I’ve been in hospitality for 23 years and I’m the kitchen for 95% of that time. I’ve ran operations for restaurants of many formats and production and catering kitchens as well as food trucks. I’m anxious to teach what I’ve learned and gain more experience in whatever is brought my way.
