Chef Scott’s culinary adventures began by opening his house to family and friends and feeding those he loved. Following his heart and several prompts from his wife, Lori, Chef Scott dove full-time into a culinary career and attended a prestigious culinary school in New York City.

Scott focused on building a career at restaurants throughout New York and New Jersey until life interrupted his plans and his wife’s cancer battle took center stage.

After Lori’s battle concluded, Scott found himself with the opportunity to start over. He moved to be with his family in Richmond, Virginia.

Scott knows firsthand the importance of being with the ones you love and being actually present at life’s biggest events.
