A creative and spontaneous chef always wanting to create something unique and interesting that's full of flavor. I appreciate all cultures of food.
Chef Schyler Folendore and Hannah Hadley started “S&H Private Dining” to give people an experience of upscale cuisine from traditional Spanish to Thai to French to local fresh Charleston seafood dishes. Every plate is full of colorful flavors and vegetables harvested fresh from the farm “Spade & Clover” (located on John’s Island) that Hannah works at part time. Our dishes will also be featuring Schyler’s home bakery “Mondays Bakehouse” - all naturally leavened baked goods.
Schyler has mastered all of these different cuisines over the past 10 years of working in very diverse kitchens and he is ready to share his passion of food by starting our own business to share with you.
Food is important to us and our top priority is to give you a wonderfully quaint experience whether it be in your home or a big celebration full of friends & family. We can’t wait to cook for you.
