I am a young professional savory and pastry chef. I studied culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. In culinary school I had the opportunity to learn from French master chefs and celebrity chefs like Adrienne Cheatham. Since then I have worked at Jeffrey’s of Austin under executive chef Mark McCain and Becca Bigelow as a line cook and now pastry chef. I also have experience as a private chef for a family of two as well as catering small dinner parties of up to 20 people.
