With over 15 years of kitchen experience, I have worked every position and have worked in all types of restaurants. My main specialty is American BBQ.
I am a professional chef with over 15 years kitchen experience, I have worked every position from porter to expo to executive chef. I did not attend culinary school but have gained experience from working in so many different kitchens. My most recent kitchen, I was running the grill at Del Monte Golf Course which is a part of Pebble Beach Company. I have worked all the major events including Concourse D’Elegance, ATT&T, The US Women’s Open and MECUM Auction. I was the floating supervisor for all these events, going from booth to booth offering assistance in every capacity. I am comfortable around all types of food including Thai, Japanese, Korean, American, and French. I would love the opportunity to cook for you and show you what food made with passion and love tastes like.
