After 35 years in the food and beverage industry, I know how to throw a party and as your ‘hostess with the mostest!’ you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy your guests. That is the goal of the event after all isn’t it? So let me WOW you with one of my skillfully prepared menus or let’s customize a menu together. Whatever your vision is, we can make it happen!! With the exception of live unicorns and fairies! Any cuisine, any region, any size. Dietary restrictions or supplements can be arranged, changed or otherwise selected to your preference.

Over the last 15 years I have been on the career path of a corporate chef, managing kitchens from North Carolina to Utah. During this time, I started working as a private/personal chef and instructing cooking classes in demo kitchens and this is where my passion grew. I love sharing my experiences and knowledge. Furthermore, I love learning from each of you!

I graduated from the culinary program at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC (AS) Summa Cum Laude with honors. Along with a BA in Business/Management from Western State University of Colorado.

I like to think that I have a solid foundation and understanding of the mystifying culinary world. Classically trained in most all culinary regions, I love to play around the world with my private/personal chef services. I’m familiar with most dietary regiments/substitutes and will focus on your specific needs. Your vision will be my honor to deliver!!
