Professionally trained and driven; comfort absorbed and focused

I’m a female chef with over 18 years experience in the food and beverage industry. I attended the pastry program at Kendall College in Chicago and staged at one of the first “molecular gastronomy” restaurants of its time, Moto. I have since worked in more Michelin Star recommended restaurants, owned my own patty/dessert service for restaurants, and created, assembled, and executed my own menus as a head chef. I can cook almost anything, but my person strengths are Baking(and pastry), Southern food, Italian food, Vegetarian, Bartending/Beverage, Americana and Comfort Food.
