"From humble pizza shop beginnings to culinary excellence, my journey has been anything but ordinary. At 15, in 1997, my mom's clever plan to "grab pizza" landed me my first job at a local shop, sparking my passion for cooking. By high school, I mastered the art of pizza, leading me to Culinary School and an externship at Pinehurst, NC, where I gained diverse experience—from breakfast buffets to fine dining and even ice carving.

At 25, I became Executive Chef at a catering company, partnering with one of the pizza shop owners who gave me my start. Years later, I advanced from Sous Chef to Executive Chef at Knoxville's Club LeConte, then led teams at the Hilton and Crowne Plaza.

A ski trip to Park City, UT, changed everything, revealing my true calling: becoming a private chef in this beautiful mountain town. Every chapter has shaped me into the chef I am today, and I’d love the opportunity to bring my skills to your table.

I love crafting dishes that not only nourish the body but also feed the soul, striking the perfect balance between health, nutrition, and unforgettable flavor. My passion lies in transforming fresh, quality ingredients into meals that spark conversation, create memories, and make every bite an experience.
