“Stress free, what food should be.”

Started my culinary journey in 2009 at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, I've worked everywhere from Texas to Hollywood and am now setting my eyes on the Inland Empire and Desert Cities of Southern California. had been working at National Park resorts, fine dining restaurants, and boutique catering companies. After dedicating 9 years to the kitchens, I was determined to find a way that allowed me to express my creativity freely.

September 2018 was the beginning of a new business venture, and by February 2019; Top Town Chef had become the official company name in hopes of bringing positive recognition to the community.

TTC had since then provided service to Big Bear, Temecula, San Diego, Palm Springs, and surrounding desert cities. My goal is to create a memorable restaurant dinging experience in the comfort of your own home and providing quality good food to those who truly enjoy it.
