Let me share my culinary journey with you. My name is Sanjay Rawat, and for over a decade, I've been captivated by the art of cooking. It all started with a passion for diverse cuisines that led me to explore the rich flavors of Italian, French, Indian, Spanish, American, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes. Each cuisine has added a unique layer to my culinary repertoire.

I've had the privilege of working in various countries, immersing myself in the vibrant restaurant and hotel scenes. One of my most memorable experiences was at The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, where I launched an Indian wedding culinary program. It was incredible to create unforgettable experiences for couples and their families, all while managing multiple dining outlets and ensuring every dish met our high standards.

At Yaamava Resort & Casino, I played a key role in the grand opening, developing menu standards and training new kitchen staff. It was a thrilling challenge to help establish a brand-new culinary operation. Similarly, during my time at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, I managed banquet operations and crafted seasonal menus for thousands of guests, each one designed to delight their palates.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts from Lincoln University College in Malaysia, which has greatly enriched my knowledge and skills. Throughout my journey, I've always focused on sustainability, finding ways to integrate it into my cooking practices.

As I look to the future, I'm excited to continue sharing my culinary skills and passion. My goal is to create not just delicious meals but memorable dining experiences that tell a story with every bite. I can't wait to embark on new adventures and contribute to the culinary world in meaningful ways.
