My name is Chef Sammy and I have Industry experience of 7+ years including fine dining, café style, catering, and private chef experience. Growing up food was the centerpiece of our family gatherings. I attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte North Carolina. I am well-versed in different types of cuisine, however, Latin cuisine holds a special place in my heart as my family came from Mexico, when I was very young.
