Private Chef In Los AngelesBorn Toronto, Canada I grew up cooking with her Swiss grandmother. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a chef. Since the time I have taken my love for cooking and traveling around the world. Starting in the great country of United States where I went to school at The Art Institute of Minneapolis and got my Bachelors in Culinary Management in 2014, after that I started at Michael Mina’s Washington D.C Bourbon steak, then transferred to San Francisco at multiple Michael Mina restaurants Including the flagship Michelin Star Restaurant "Michael Mina", there I met my now husband who is french chef. We moved to France together for four years where I worked at the Michelin star restaurant in Paris at The Eiffel Tower “Jules Verne”.
My love for California stayed in my heart and after four years I brought my french husband back to Los Angeles with me where we now reside. There is nothing like the fresh produce and agriculture of California. My style of cooking is farm to table with influences from around the world. I like to be finesse with a casual touch with my food, flavor and presentation are very important.
