I have always brought great energy to the kitchen and am very keen on cooking very delicious food to clients every single time
Hello! My name is Sam. I am private chef in Northeast Ohio and have been in the food service industry for 10 years. My experience is far reaching, as I’ve gone from dishwashing while in culinary school, all the way to cheffing in Michelin Star kitchens. I’ve held chef de partie positions in a variety of cuisines/cooking styles (new American, fine dining, French, banquet style, in wonderful cities such as Charleston, Boston, Providence, and recently NYC). This shift in career from restaurant to more personal and private has been very exciting for me. Hope to hear from you and cook for you soon!
